From last box to keys back

Step 1: Send your lease end date
Address, move-out day and bedrooms. Maiyer texts a written quote within one business day.

Step 2: Pick the day between
We clean after your things are out and before the keys go back. Mid-May and mid-August fill first.

Step 3: We clean to the sheet
Two or three of us, led by Pao or Maiyer, with our own products and tools.

Step 4: You get the sheet and photos
Ticked and dated, with a note of anything we couldn't fix. Keep it with your lease.

Short answers
Questions before you book
How do you decide the price?
By the size of the unit, its condition and the add-ons you pick. The prices page shows the sizes and the add-ons. Your quote is written down and texted to you before you book, and the total is the invoice unless the unit differs from what you told us.
Will a clean get my deposit back?
We can't promise that, and nobody honest can. Your landlord decides what comes out of the deposit, under your lease and Wisconsin's rules for rental housing. A clean takes dirt off the list. It does not repair damage or settle unpaid rent.
Do I have to be there?
No. Tell us how we get in: a key left with your landlord's office, a lockbox, or a time you meet us. We don't copy keys, and we text you when the key is back where you said.
Do you clean before or after I move out?
After. The unit has to be empty of your things, or it is a tidy, not a move-out clean. Book the day between your last load and the key return, and hand back the keys once the sheet is done.
What if my landlord says we missed something?
Send us the landlord's written list within three days of your final walk-through. For any line that is on our checklist and was not done, we come back and do that line at no charge. The terms are on the policies page.
Can I cancel or move the date?
Yes, up to 48 hours before at no charge. Inside 48 hours we charge half the quote, because the crew's day is held for you. Lockout terms are on the policies page.
