A handoff clean covers the sheet's kitchen, bathroom and floors; the full move-out clean is a separate booking at the end of the lease. Oven and fridge are add-ons.

We clean in the gap, after the outgoing subletter has left.

Questions about this clean
Will a clean get my deposit back?
We can't promise that, and nobody honest can. Your landlord decides what comes out of the deposit, under your lease and Wisconsin's rules for rental housing. A clean takes dirt off the list. It does not repair damage or settle unpaid rent.
Do I have to be there?
No. Tell us how we get in: a key left with your landlord's office, a lockbox, or a time you meet us. We don't copy keys, and we text you when the key is back where you said.
Can I cancel or move the date?
Yes, up to 48 hours before at no charge. Inside 48 hours we charge half the quote, because the crew's day is held for you. Lockout terms are on the policies page.
