Student houses of four to six bedrooms are quoted by the house. Heavy buildup and a unit with belongings left in it change the number.

How pricing works
What moves the number
Size
Bedrooms and square feet set the base. A studio and a three-bedroom are different days.
Condition
Months of grease on a stove or a bathroom nobody has scrubbed costs more than a unit kept up.
Add-ons
Oven, fridge, blinds and windows are lines of their own, so you pay only for what the form asks.
Belongings left behind
We clean empty units. Things left in the unit are a tidy, or a reschedule.
Where the crew parks
A unit with no parking within a block can add time.
When you get the number
In writing, by text, within one business day. The invoice is the quote unless the unit differs.
Questions about price
How do you decide the price?
By the size of the unit, its condition and the add-ons you pick. The prices page shows the sizes and the add-ons. Your quote is written down and texted to you before you book, and the total is the invoice unless the unit differs from what you told us.
Can I cancel or move the date?
Yes, up to 48 hours before at no charge. Inside 48 hours we charge half the quote, because the crew's day is held for you. Lockout terms are on the policies page.
What products do you use?
We bring our own cloths, tools and products. We can use fragrance-free products on request; tell us when you book. If your landlord asks for a particular product, tell us that too.
