How it is priced

Student house move-out, by bedrooms

The price depends on the bedrooms and the condition of an empty house. One invoice, and a quote everyone in the house can read.

  • Four bedrooms

    About 1,600 sq ft

  • Five bedrooms

    About 2,000 sq ft

  • Six bedrooms

    About 2,400 sq ft

Includes the sheet, our products and equipment, and photos. Oven, fridge, blinds and windows are add-ons, and a second kitchen or bath is extra. Buildup changes the number.

How a visit goes

In order, on the day

  1. 01

    Step 1: Quote

Send one address and a count of bedrooms. We text one quote you can forward to the house.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Pick the day

After the last housemate is out. We hold the day once one person confirms.

  3. 03

    Step 3: The clean

Three of us, kitchen and bathrooms first, bedrooms last.

  4. 04

    Step 4: The sheet

One ticked sheet and photos, texted to whoever booked.

Before we arrive

What to do first, and what we don't do

  • Before we arrive

    • Everyone's things out, including the fridge

    • Trash and recycling at the curb for city pickup

    • Water and power on

    • A way in, and one person who picks the day

  • What we don't do

    • Mold, pests or biohazards

    • Hoarded or still-furnished units

    • Repairs, painting or carpet shampooing

    • Hauling away what's left behind

Questions about this clean

How do you decide the price?

By the size of the unit, its condition and the add-ons you pick. The prices page shows the sizes and the add-ons. Your quote is written down and texted to you before you book, and the total is the invoice unless the unit differs from what you told us.

Do you clean before or after I move out?

After. The unit has to be empty of your things, or it is a tidy, not a move-out clean. Book the day between your last load and the key return, and hand back the keys once the sheet is done.

Who comes to the unit?

Two or three of our six, led by Pao Cha or Maiyer Cha. Your quote names who is leading.

Leaving a house together?

Send the address, the bedroom count and the day the last housemate leaves.
