About us
A family crew that learned the move-out form
Lease End Cleaning is run by Zoua Cha. Six of us clean, in crews of two or three, and one of the family leads every unit.
We kept being handed landlords' move-out forms by tenants who had cleaned for hours and still didn't know what the form wanted. So we cleaned to the form, wrote the sheet to match it, and added a plain line: cleaning does not decide the deposit. Your landlord does.
